This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures regarding Your information when You use the Kompositor Chrome Extension (referred to as the "Service").

The short version: I do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of Your data. The Service works entirely on Your device.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words where the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Developer (referred to as either "the Developer", "I", "Me", "My" or "Denis Gonchar" in this Agreement) refers to the individual developing the Service.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone, or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Kompositor Chrome Extension.
• You means the individual using the Service. You can also be referred to as the Data Subject or User as You are the individual using the Service.

Data Collection

I do not collect any Personal Data or Usage Data.

The Service performs all of its functionality — designing animations, applying transformations, and generating code — locally in Your browser. Specifically:

• The Service makes no network requests to any server operated by Me.
• I operate no backend servers or databases. There is nothing for Your data to be sent to.
• Your animations, CSS selectors, property values, and generated code never leave Your Device.
• The Service requires no account, registration, or login.
• The Service uses no analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.

Local Storage

The Service uses Chrome's extension storage (chrome.storage) solely to remember Your preferences, such as whether You have acknowledged the Service's terms. This information is stored locally on Your Device, is never transmitted anywhere, and is removed when You uninstall the extension.

A Note on Previous Versions

Earlier versions of the Service sent the animation model to a server operated by Me in order to generate code, and limited technical data (such as IP address and timestamps) was logged for debugging purposes. That server and its database have been shut down and all previously collected data has been deleted. Current versions of the Service perform code generation entirely on Your Device.

Third Parties

While I collect nothing, third parties involved in delivering the Service to You may process some of Your data under their own privacy policies:

• Google / Chrome Web Store. You install the Service through the Chrome Web Store, and Your browser may sync or report extension-related information (such as installation status, version updates, or crash reports) to Google. This is controlled by Google, not by Me. Please consult the Google Privacy Policy and Your Chrome settings.
• Website hosting. This website is hosted by Netlify, which, like most hosting providers, may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) when You visit this page. Please consult the Netlify Privacy Policy.

I do not receive, access, or control any of the data described above.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. Since the Service does not collect any data, no Personal Data from anyone — including children — is collected, stored, or processed by Me.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

I may update My Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
